I build products from zero to one — and make them work in complex, regulated environments.

Senior Product Manager | AI & B2B SaaS in Regulated Domains | 0→1 Products

Hands-on across discovery, prototypes, specs, analytics and automation. I have shipped AI products for pharma and life sciences, a monetised GenAI platform at a venture-backed startup, and a learning platform I designed and built myself.

What I solve

Three problems I solve best

“We have an idea and a deadline, but no product yet.”

Zero to one — fast and with quality

Discovery with different stakeholder groups, a prioritised roadmap, prototypes and specs the team can build from, and a fortnightly release rhythm. Pricing and analytics from day one.

Flux AI: concept to live, monetised MVP in under 12 weeks.

“The AI has to work for clinicians, compliance and the client.”

AI for regulated domains

I trace quality issues to their root cause, agree evaluation benchmarks with domain experts and keep a human in the loop where the risk is real. SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements are built into delivery.

Eularis: RAG accuracy at 90–95%; fixing the golden dataset restored the client’s trust in AI answers.

“We need to know what is working — and grow it.”

Growth you can measure

Product analytics, funnels and dashboards wired in from the start, automation of repetitive work, and reporting leadership actually reads. Budgets kept under control while the team keeps shipping.

Wow PM: 12× growth in monthly paid renewals and 20+ hours a week of admin automated.

How I work: clear priorities, transparent progress reporting and decisions grounded in evidence.

Built by me · Live · 2026

I managed, designed and built this product from zero to one — from concept to release.

Wow PM, my PM education business with a community of 400+ PMs, ran on Notion pages and manual work: access granted by hand, no payment automation, and no way to see LTV, retention, or how a release or a campaign changed what users did. In about six weeks I designed and built the learning platform that replaced it.

What I built, hands-on

  • Access granted automatically after payment (Stripe and WayForPay)
  • A different welcome email for each access type: purchase, migration, gift, membership
  • LTV calculated from real payment events, with alerts when someone stops paying
  • Segments and a funnel from free course to paid programme
  • Every release logged in Release Notes with the effect we expect
  • Analytics that tie releases and campaigns to user behaviour
  • Technical documentation on GitHub that updates itself with every change

Figures come from the platform’s own payment and user records; money values are hidden for confidentiality. Growth also reflects pricing and marketing work — the platform is what made it visible and measurable.

Zero to AI Platform — Live MVP in Under 12 Weeks

Challenge

Flux AI (London) needed to go from concept to a working, monetised product — a multi-modal AI platform with real integrations, subscription billing and analytics.

Approach

Defined the product vision and roadmap, prioritised the backlog, and co-defined the 3-tier monetisation model with the founding team (Stripe integration). Ran market and competitor research and talked to users; A/B-tested concepts with groups of potential users — around 1,000 people from the Wow PM community. Built prototypes and wireframes with the design team, wrote specifications for new features, tested every release, and instrumented PostHog events to track how each feature performed. Held a fortnightly release cadence across frontend, backend, ML/AI and QA spanning multiple time zones.

When the AI Was Wrong, the Data Was the Problem

Challenge

A pharma client was unhappy with the quality of answers from an AI system, and trust in the product was slipping.

Approach

We traced the errors back to the ground truth: the golden dataset relied on poorly scanned documents with images that could not be read reliably. We re-digitised and cleaned the source documents so the system learned from data it could actually read.

Result

Answer quality improved markedly and the client's satisfaction recovered. In AI products, data quality is product quality.

From Excel Chaos to a Build-Ready AI Blueprint — Pharma Funding Intelligence

Challenge

A global pharmaceutical company was tracking government healthcare funding across 50 US states using fragmented spreadsheets and personal contacts. No centralised data, no predictions, no visibility into where funding was flowing or expiring. The Government Affairs team was spending the majority of their time on manual research. Before investing in a build, the client needed to know exactly what to build, how, and whether it could be done compliantly.

Approach

Led a Deep Discovery engagement end to end: ran stakeholder interviews with product sponsors and champions, owned the client relationship and discovery updates, and validated the proposed technical solutions together with the technical team across the UK and US. Delivered a 130-page Discovery (SVS document covering HIPAA compliance, STRIDE security model, technical architecture and full UX wireframes) — a build-ready blueprint for an NLP data-extraction, predictive ML and recommendation platform, with risks and compliance resolved before a line of code was written.

8 Workstreams. 50+ People. 20% Fewer Missed Deadlines.

Challenge

An energy sector enterprise was running 8 simultaneous workstreams with 50+ FTEs and no unified visibility. Teams were siloed, deadlines were slipping, and senior leadership had no real-time picture of programme health.

Approach

Established programme governance from scratch — real-time cross-workstream tracking, structured stakeholder reporting cadence, standardised delivery coordination across all stream leads, and data migration in a live enterprise environment without operational disruption.

About

The person behind the work

I didn't land in product management through a textbook. I started in 2012 as a content moderator and worked my way through the engine room of IT: delivery, agile, product leadership, and transformation. My path wasn't linear, and that's exactly why I'm effective — I've been on both sides of the ticket.

My recent projects span deep discovery for an AI funding intelligence platform for a global pharma company (tracking government healthcare funding across 50 US states), a clinical document intelligence system using LLM and RAG architecture, and a Senior Product Manager role at Flux AI, where I took the Craisee platform from concept to live MVP in under 12 weeks together with the team.

I’m happiest on the product side: talking to users and stakeholders, prototyping, writing the spec, wiring up the analytics and watching what a feature actually does. Years of delivery mean I also know how to get it shipped — and I translate fluently between engineers, CFOs, clinical teams and regulators.

I'm a CSM and PSM I–II certified practitioner. I also founded Wow PM, a PM education business and community of 400+ PMs, and built its learning platform myself: payments, access, analytics and automation. The business now runs with its own team. I teach what I practise.
